Check In & Check Out

Check-out is kindly requested by 11AM. If you need a little more time, please feel free to ask—we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To help you begin and end your stay with ease, check-in is available from 3PM. Should you arrive earlier, you’re most welcome to leave your luggage with us and begin exploring the city at your own pace.

Before you leave, we warmly invite you to share any thoughts or impressions. Your feedback means a great deal to us.

Breakfast at Jonojé

Breakfast is not included in your stay, but can be ordered in advance via our live chat—or simply by using the leather hang tag found in your welcome card in the room. Just place it on the outside of your door before 10PM, and we’ll bring it to you the next morning.

Our breakfast is a small collection of favourites to start the day well: coffee, tea, chia pudding, cheese, whipped butter, homebaked sourdough bread, homemade jam, and pure Belgian chocolate spread.

A simple, thoughtful way to ease into your day.

Bike Rental

We keep a small set of Petit Porteur bicycles — available for guests who wish to explore Bruges in a gentle way. Each has a front carrier and a lock for your convenience.

The rental fee is 25 EUR per day. If you would like to use one, please let us know.

At Your Own Pace

We use a chat app as your personal assistant during your stay—quietly there when you need it. It allows you to discover everything in your own time, and to arrive and leave at a pace that feels right.

If you need anything, or have a question, you can always reach out through this service.

Parking On Site

We have a small number of parking spaces available on site, just beside the suites. The fee is 25 EUR per day.

For guests arriving with an electric car, charging stations are available.

If you would like to reserve a space, please let us know in advance, or send us a message through the chat app.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the type of booking you’ve made.

For most stays, cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. If you cancel after this period or do not show up, a fee may apply—typically equal to the cost of one night.

Please note that non-refundable bookings or special offers cannot be changed or cancelled. We recommend reviewing the terms outlined in your booking confirmation for full details.
